Christmas Wreath Meaning & Christmas Yoga Flow

We had a fun class today outdoors doing power yoga, working around our mats in a circular flow around the mat symbolising the Christmas Wreath. We learnt about the Advent wreath and what it symbolises. Circle = Christ’s salvation bringing eternity

1. Green(ery) around the leaves = Hope

2. 4 candles = We are the light of God

3. 3 candle colours:

4. White = Purity of Christ

5. Royal/Light Blue = Loyalty of Christ/ The Sky (look up in anticipation)

6. Pink/Rose = Joy
